Procedures for Requesting DNA test Services:

1. Appointments:

To make an appointment, please notify us 1 day in advance. (We operate Monday – Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.)

2. Select the type of test

2.1 Private purposes
If you only wish to do the test for your own purposes (not specify the names on the test report), then you may do DNA sample collection at our company or we can send you our test kit for taking the samples and return the kit to us.
To request a DNA test kit, please contact us.

2.2 Legal purposes
If you wish to have a DNA test for legal purposes then our laboratory staff are required to collect samples from all those being tested.
We also require the following evidence:

• Identification of father and mother (ID Card or passport)
• Birth Certificate of the child
• Presence of the Mother is needed during taking sample if the child is under 20 years old.

3. Choose a method for

Receiving the test results and obtaining the test report. (email, self-collection, post or delivery)

4. Test delivery

The test takes within 3 business days after having received full payment. (excluding the date of sample collection)
URGENT RESULT!! Get results the next day +3,000 THB.

5. Receive the DNA test report.

Noted: Those who are tested should not eat or drink anything, also smoking or chewing gum at least 30 mins. before the sample collection.
We have an onsite service (additional charge) and DNA collection point.
